Many breeds of dogs will seem attractive in books — but in reality will not fit well into your life. Most books or magazines tend to glamourize a breed of dog and gloss over the pros and cons of the breed. For example, you may love the flowing hair and small size of a Lhasa Apso, but you can’t stand a dog that barks at the door. Then perhaps a Shih Tzu would be a better match as they tend not to bark as much and they in general less reserved with strangers than the Lhasa.

Cancellation Policy

We want to provide the highest level of personal care and training for your furry family members and to ensure there is sufficient space for your dog. In essence, through booking into daycare, private lessons, doggy nanny 9-1-1 or classes, you are reserving a spot for your dog in that service. In light of this, there is no cash value for daycare memberships or for lessons not completed. All services are non-refundable, non-transferable once payment is made/or first session attended. We also regret we cannot extend expiry dates on services as our staffing is booked accordingly. If there is no expiry stipulated on the service you purchase, we are happy to offer you one calendar year from the commencement of the service to complete the service.
